Flu Immunisation Reminder
The flu vaccine spray will be administered in Roslin Primary on Friday 16th November 2018. If you have not given consent for this, your child will not receive the vaccine.
For information about the Flu vaccine and help to complete the consent form you can visit immunisationscotland.org.uk/childflu or you can phone the NHS information helpline on 0800 22 44 88 (textphone 18001 0800 22 44 88). The helpline is open every day from 8am to 10pm and also provides an interpreting service.
