THE MAGIC DJEMBE

One day in the February holiday I was so bored so I went under Mum and Dad’s bed.  I saw something, it was glowing.  It was a drum.  I ran straight to my room.  I locked my door.

I really wanted to hear what it sounded like.  I started to play it.  Animals were coming.  There was a snake, a monkey, a lion and a panda.  I was so happy!  I had always wanted pet animals.  Suddenly my room turned green.

My room was a jungle!  I was two times the happiness!  I was so happy I was thanking the Lord.  Then the animals went crazy!  They were licking their lips.  The animals were hungry.  It was dinner and I WAS dinner.  Then I heard a rattle in the bushes.

It was an African Warrior!  He had magic powers.  He used his powers to open up a vortex.  The animals got sucked in the vortex.  Then everything went back to normal.  Suddenly there was a knock at the door.  It was Mum.  “What is going on?”  “Nothing”. “Ok goodnight. “What?” “It’s night time”.
