Healthy Tuck Shop (P6 and P7) Pilot

The P7 Health Team are keen to launch a tuck shop at Roslin Primary. They have worked closely with Nicola Kennan-McCourt, the Dining Supervisor.  Nicola has liaised with Midlothian Council Catering Services to ensure we are meeting HWB Guidelines.  The Health Team are excited about launching this new initiative and have agreed it with our Parent Council.

The Healthy Tuck Shop will be available for all P6 and P7 pupils from Monday 19 March to Thursday 29 March. It will open just before 10.30am to allow the children to purchase items prior to break time. Children will be offered a selection of fruit and healthy snacks ranging from 15p to 50p (please ensure your child has loose coins are change will be limited).

Dependent on the success of the pilot, a decision will be made to roll out the Healthy Tuck Shop to the remainder of the school after the Easter Holidays.
