P1-P7 Sports Day

Our Potted Sports are planned for the morning of Friday 3rd June 2011, with reserve dates of Friday 10th or Friday 17th June – if it is necessary to postpone them because of inclement weather we will simply keep trying each Friday morning until the sun shines!

We need adult helpers to assist with settin gup and supervising events, and to help us clear up at the end. If you can offer to help from 8.50 a.m. until approximately 12 noon on one, two or all three of these dates, please fill in and return the slip by Monday 31st May. We can never have too many helpers so all offers will be gratefully accepted but we will contact you, nearer the time, to confirm arrangements.

The teams will be a mixture of P1-P7 pupils and helpers will be able to see their own child/children participating.
